Informative Links for Optimal Health

Please share:

I am back again, sharing information from some of my favorite holistic-minded practitioners and colleagues. As I have mentioned before, it is important to learn from a variety of people and sources so that you can better make your own informed decisions. Take what resonates with you and/or keep the information handy for when you need it.

A variety of informative links are included below: fertility, heart health, group healing and cancer biology. Each article or video gives you insight into some of the newest information on health; information that might not be easily found elsewhere. Please take a moment to review. If you like what you hear, I suggest signing up to that particular person’s newsletter so you can continue to get their information.

FERTILITY: Learn the sobering statistics of human fertility and why it continues to decline.
Zach Bush, MD continues to be on the forefront of how the earth’s lack of biodiversity is affecting the health of mankind. In this short video and article, he specifically addresses the decline in fertility in both men and women. To learn more, sign up for his upcoming class on October 6, 2021. If you are ready to detox your body and prepare it for conception, please contact me to learn more.

HYPERTENSION: What you need to know about high blood pressure.
I have been following Susie Cohen, RPh since I discovered her book Drug Muggers years ago. She is a pharmacist that is on a mission to educate people about the side affects of medications as well as alternate ways to support the body. This link is specifically about high blood pressure.

HEART HEALTH: How EMFs and wireless effect the cardiovascular system.
Most of you know that I am a big believer in taking steps to reduce you and your family’s exposure to electromagnetic frequencies (EMFs), dirty electricity and wireless technology. There are just too many ways these things can harm your health, especially if you are continually exposed (i.e.: bedroom, work, school). Cardiologist Dr. Jack Wolfson wrote a brief article on how EMFs and wireless directly affect the heart. See more here. Contact me if you need help reducing your exposures to EMFs and wireless radiation and/or supporting your body from their effects.

GROUP HEALING: How helping others may be the best way to help yourself.
If you have not yet heard of Lynne McTaggart and her work on The Power of Eight, watch this short introductory video. I was recently reminded about Lynne’s work last month when I participated in her intentional experiment on 9/11 – turning a day of pain into a positive uplifting and healing experience. It was amazing. (You can learn more about that that particular event and the results it produced here.)

CANCER: Exciting research about how cancer cells really grow.
Cancer research is much more than just about detecting and managing. In this interview, Professor Thomas Seyfried gives a great summary about the biology of cancer. Learn the two ways to starve cancer cells, why not to get a biopsy, and much more. This is great information everyone should know.

CANCER SCREENING: What you need to know about mammogram testing for women and PSA testing for men.
Mammogram breast exams may cause more harm than good. Listen to Dr. Pam Popper discuss the statistics here and decide for yourself. PSA testing has also been used for years as the gold standard for monitoring the health of the male prostate. Dr. Popper discusses here the pros and cons to this type of testing along with some alternate solutions.
