This video is a great reminder that all of us should be reducing and ultimately eliminating GMOs from our diet. These foods are causing digestive problems for so many people (and animals) and can lead to many other health issues.
GMOs are especially detrimental to our childrens’ growing bodies and brains, but don’t forget that we are all generating new cells on a daily basis. We want to provide our new cells with the best foods and nutrients possible!
