Guacamole Shake

This delicious green smoothie is the newest addition to our family routine.

We started drinking it for breakfast every Saturday morning.

We call it our Guacamole Shake because it tastes just like guacamole . . .and we are known to eat corn-free tortilla chips with it!

Guacamole Shake

Put all of the following ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth:
2 cups kale
2 medium-large tomatoes
1/2 red onion
1 avocado
1/2 zucchini (or yellow squash)
1/2 – 1 bunch cilantro
1/2 – 1 tsp. kelp flakes
salt/pepper to taste
water to achieve consistency

Use less water and eat with a spoon (or chips). Full of good veggie nutrients, healthy fats, and natural iodine. Serves 3 to 4 people.
Enjoy!
